RMTTB loves food.  And beer.  And we’re hugely excited by the range and quality of produce coming from Ireland’s micro and nano breweries.  We believe great food tastes as good with great beer as with fine wine and we’re on a quest to find the perfect matches.

With each dish we try a couple of beers, some work, some don’t.  We only list the ones that worked best.
